prana circle
This group is for teachers and committed students of yoga who desire to cross the bridge from practicing yoga once in a while to making it a lifestyle, shaping our every day. This yoga community and the relationships formed become the catalyst and support we need as we continue on a path of yoga.
Prana Circle topics range from history of yoga to chanting to philosophical discussions. Each will include some hatha yoga (postures), so bring a yoga sticky mat with you.
Prana Circle meetings are run once per month. You can simply send an email to kmangis@trinityyoga.com to be on the mailing list. Invitations are sent via email in PDF format, and include any other information you need for the month’s Circle. You may attend any or all of the Prana Circle meetings that interest you and work for your schedule.
