to Trinity Yoga. It is my wish to bring to you all the power and beauty, relaxation and peace, enjoyment and community, that yoga is about. With mindfulness and maitri (kindness toward self) at the heart of the practice, we open up to the present to all that it brings.

As a newcomer to yoga I was delighted to find myself in classes with Keri Mangis. She has a beautiful spiritual presence and is a wonderfully engaging teacher. I especially liked Yin even though I was afraid I would not be able to do it. She walks alongside you and adds just the right encouragement to help you stretch yourself just a bit but succeed in the practice. YIN is very rewarding because the longer stretches seemed to help my overall flexibility. I would highly recommend Keri to your yoga practice, beginner or not. She is a gem. - Michaeleen
