Keri began her practice of yoga as many people do; to find relief from tension and stress. But the yoga quickly became a part of her as she "dove down the rabbit hole" of learning, practicing, and integrating the yoga into her life. The next logical step was to begin sharing her practice with others through teaching.
Because of the stillness of a Yin practice, there is much time for reflection. As a masterful Yogic storyteller, Keri provides many opportunities during class for contemplation and personal growth. Through this practice, one learns, among other things, to accept the unpleasant and uncomfortable moments of our lives with calm abidance. - Janet
